    Gallery

Here are some of the many works in the exhibition:

On Wednesday September 29 at 20:00 pm in the Gallery of the Arts Center of San Luis Potosi Centennial exhibition will open the plastic called "Retrospection] [Abstraction 2000-2010", by Enrique Fuentes, featured artist, that after several years of creating and working abroad, CASLPC out in a sample of artwork done during his career.

"Hindsight] [Abstraction 2000-2010", is a plastic display much of the work of Enrique Fuentes, in which the artist shows the achieved artistic maturity from their studies, work and experience in different parts of the world, principalemnte in Europe, where he conducted his studies of art, and currently resides.

In their work, each image is the object represented as a fragment similar to a process that is fixed. His paintings have the quality to keep an open mind and not allow the viewer to be passive or closed when you see them. Moreover, the essential peculiarity of representation in the work of the artist is revealed through certain expressive characteristics such as elegance, reverence and autonomy, but also rigorous forms.

Enrique Fuentes should be noted that each project operates in two-dimensional visual possibilities, and also explores the temporal component in the process of creation. The pictorial elements initiate a process where the color and line are developed freely, creating and maintaining multiple depths representation on a point of tension.

The exhibition "Retrospection] [Abstraction 2000-2010" will be the best witness that the process of artistic evolution of sources has been enriched by a theoretical reflection based, which tends to distance the artist to experience an objective view of their own subjectivity.

Enrique Fuentes is a Mexican artist since 1999, lies in Europe and studied art at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris (ENSBA) led the painter Jean-Michel Alberola. In 2005, lived for a year in Tokyo, Japan, and from that year is assistant painter Arnulf Rainer, Tenerife, Spain.
