    AIMED AT
    Singers, directors and others interested in professional opera production. In the case of singers, they must have professional training in music and may be selected (by musical director and stage manager) to participate in the staging of verification. In the case of stage managers, they must have experience or training in theater and will work as executive assistants in the staging end.
    General Objective
    Giving singers and stage directors concerned with the operatic genre, elements of analysis and practical tools for better performance and musical stage, thus encouraging the production and circulation of this art in cities across our country.
    Duration
    The Diploma will last 209 hours, divided into two stages: first, between 17 September and 6 December 2009. The second, from 8 to 28 February 2010.

    METHODOLOGY AND GRADUATED SCHEDULE
    The Diploma is held in the facilities of the Center for the Arts in San Luis Potosi Centenary (Calzada de Guadalupe 705, Col Julian Carrillo, San Luis Potosi, SLP, CP 78340), the days mentioned in sessions of eight (8) hours row (from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs. and 17:00 to 20:00 hrs.). In the morning session, there will be an intermission of 30 minutes, at 12:00 hrs.
    This second stage will culminate with two functions staged the opera La Bohème, 26 and 28 February 2010 at the Teatro de la Paz, and will be led by the leading participants. Sergio Cárdenas elect those who will direct the opera functions referred to, selection will be final. Participants who were not selected will receive parcels related to the musical preparation of operatic roles such as lead choir or band internal testing and / or supervise the selected singers in their respective roles and / or others that decide Sergio Cardenas. At the end of the second function opera, will deliver the relevant degrees C. Director General of Cultural Linkage of the National Council for Culture and the Arts, and the C. Secretary of Cultural Affairs of the State of San Luis Potosi.
    The right to a diploma (to be recognized curriculum by the Ministry of Education of the Federal Government) presupposes proven assistance to the total Degree sessions. Those who have been selected to lead the symphonic or operatic closing functions will also receive a certificate which thus specify.
    Entry Requirements

    4. Foreigners have to submit further documentation current migration in all its forms.
    5. Take and pass the audition for admission, in that applicants must audition to sing the repertoire of the character in the opera La Bohème, for which they are auditioning. The Arts Center of San Luis Potosi Centennial will provide piano accompanist for the audition. If desired, applicants may provide their own accompanist. Not be accepted repertoire different from that announced. No videos or recordings will be accepted as substitutes for the hearing. The singers should be submitted for hearings on 28, 29 and 30 August 2009, at the headquarters of the Symphonic Orchestra of San Luis Potosi: Garden Warrior no. 5, Historic Center. Be evaluated by the musical director and stage director. The schedule and the final order of the hearing will be announced on Wednesday August 26, 2009, on page CASLPC: www.centrodelasartesslp.gob.mx
    6. Cover the recovery rate, which is the amount of $ 6,000.00 (six thousand pesos 00/100 MN).
    7. The registration deadline is Friday August 21, 2009, at 15:00.

    MATERIALS
    It is the responsibility of applicants to get the musical material for the audition.
    The staging of the opera La Bohème will be presented at the Teatro de la Paz, San Luis Potosi, 26 and 28 February 2010, with the directors concertadores in front of the Symphonic Orchestra of San Luis Potosi, the key participants of the Diploma in Music Direction "Onomatopoeia of the Ineffable," taught by Sergio Cárdenas (www.sergiocardenas.net) at the Center for the Arts in San Luis Potosi Centennial.
    Only those elected as Active Participants shall be entitled to the grant, which constiste in paying room and board fee waiver and recovery. In turn, the resulting scholarship student must submit a letter in which expresses its commitment to assist each and every one of the modules and tutorials, as well as to reinstate CASLPC all costs relating to the scholarship should not cover 90 % attendance or failure to comply with any of the above requirements
    in the relevant section.
    Scholars and those involved in this Certificate shall not solicit or demand any remuneration for their participation in the functions solo to be held on 26 and 28 February 2010 at the Teatro de la Paz in the capital of Potosi.
