Call Mexico staged program of the National Arts Centre 2011-2012

Supporting Professionalism in Performing Arts Alumni

In order to incorporate recent graduates of colleges in the country performing arts professional field, the National Council for Culture and the Arts through the National Arts Centre, within the framework of Mexico on Stage invites to participate in this call.

5 will be awarded grants of up to $ 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand pesos 00/100 MN) per year for up to two years.

The categories for participation are:

- Residence or assistance to groups, companies or professional art projects, ie the temporary attachment of the graduate to an orchestra, choir, ensemble, group, company, team or project scenic independent professional or institutional level related to their artistic discipline to acquire and develop expertise that fosters their integration into the professional field. Participation may be as an assistant director, actor, performer and design activities, performance, choreography, set design, music composition, lighting, sound, costumes or props, among others.

- Creation, production and artistic experimentation, performance projects with innovative proposals, assembly of works of repertoire and the search for new languages.

- Training projects, continuing professional education nationally and internationally.

- Development of materials, promotion and dissemination, production of materials that the graduate or group of graduates needed for incorporation into the professional field such as music recordings, videotapes, publications, presentation folders, drawing and / or editing scores, demos or websites, so there is a possibility of touring, among others. Not be considered isolated actions of dissemination.
